Bill is considered by many as an expert on VMware virtualization as evidenced by VMware and HP selecting him to be one of their coaches.  This coveted status allows him to sign-off prospective VMware Certified Instructors (VCIs).  Bill's students are able to apply the real world examples that he has learned through his 20 years experience in Information Technology (IT). Working in all facets of technology from help desk to director level roles has shaped him into the well rounded consulting engineer that he is today.  He has the ability to effectively communicate complex IT concepts to all levels within organizations.
