Brian has been working with VMware products for over 6 years. Starting with VMware Workstation and progressing through successive generations of old and new products, Brian has become a leading expert on VMware virtualization. Brian helped to create and build one of the first Premier VIP Reseller and VAC partners in the Midwest and continues to provide consulting services for several VMware Partners. Starting in 2004, Brian became one of the first independent VMware Certified Instructors (VCI) for VMware. With his consulting background, he provides his students with relevant and practical examples of how Virtual Infrastructure 3 is being used and deployed in datacenters around the country.
Today, he teaches a variety of classes specializing in VMware's Virtual Infrastructure 3 technologies.

Chris Huss has been working in the IT field since 1999 as a consultant and trainer. Chris has obtained many vendor certifications from VMware, Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, Planet3Wireless, CompTIA including VCI, VCP, MCT, MCSE (NT4, 2000, 2003), CCNA, CCA, CWNA, Security+, Network+, A+. He has taught the Microsoft MCSE courses at a local college as well as traveled around the world teaching the official certification courses for VMware.
Chris enjoys spending part of his time teaching, while also delivering consulting engagements to further sharpen his skills. His primary focus has been in the virtualization space since 2004. Chris delivers VMware classes and jumpstarts around the country, enabling clients to quickly deploy their virtual infrastructure, and at the same time, helping clients maintain and manage their investment thru knowledge transfer. Recently, Chris has served as a mentoring instructor to assist other up and coming VMware Certified Instructors. In general, his passion is in helping others.

Mick Bland has been working in the IT/Engineering field for more than 10 years, in capacities ranging from performing System Administration for a nuclear research reactor to performing consulting engagements all over the country as a Systems Integration Consultant for a VMware Distributor.

With over 12 years IT experience, Chris Perry’s brings nationwide and international IT perspectives to the classroom. In addition to several VMware ESX installations, Chris is also holds the following certifications: MCSE, A+, VCP and VCI.
As a “technologist” Chris enjoyed finding ways to make technology work to achieve business needs, and often was relied upon to present technology’s virtues and shortcomings to non-technical management. Ken's IT career has spanned over fifteen years, most of it teaching others. During his time as an MCSE, he designed and delivered one of the first in-house MCSE Bootcamps for the consulting group of the world's largest IT manufacturer. He also worked in the Microsoft Datacenter Program, introducing field engineers to concepts of High Availability computing on Windows. Ken is ITSM Foundations certified as well as certified to deliver VMware classes.
He has taught at many levels, from classes in major Universities to customer teams in industry and US Government. When done right, training and learning are together an intense, interdependent fun process. Ken’s passion is helping learners understand and retain new concepts.
